What power range are your fiber lasers?

6kW to 60kW. Our newest machine is a 60kW Penta with a 3×12m bed — one of northern China’s most powerful flatbed lasers. This range lets us cut everything from 0.5mm foil to 150mm stainless plate. Our services →

What tolerance can you hold?

±0.1mm standard. Thin sheet (<3mm) typically holds ±0.05mm. Thick plate (>60mm) may relax to ±0.15–0.20mm due to thermal effects. We’ll tell you upfront what’s achievable for your specific part.

How do you ensure material grade is correct?

Direct-reading spectrometer on every incoming batch. Hardness testing on-site. Material certificates available. No substitutions without your approval.

What surface finishes can you do?

In-house: brushed, polished, painted, shot-blasted. Via qualified partners: passivation, electroplating, powder coating. You receive finished parts — we manage the process end to end.
