OVERVIEW

ENVIRONMENTAL METAL FABRICATION

Environmental equipment runs wet, corrosive, and continuous. Water treatment tanks, filter housings, and scrubber components sit in chlorides and chemicals for years, so material choice and weld integrity decide service life. We fabricate in 304 and 316L stainless with full-penetration welds, then pickle and passivate so corrosion resistance survives the heat-affected zone.

We build treatment and clarifier tanks, filtration and screen assemblies, pump and dosing skids, and emission-control ducting and housings — cut, rolled, welded, and tested as complete assemblies.

MATERIALS

MATERIALS WE USE

304 for general water service, 316L where chlorides, brine, or chemicals are present. Sheet and plate 1–20 mm; heavier for structural skids. Mesh and perforated screens laser-cut to spec. See all metals we laser cut and thickness ranges.

PROCESS

HOW WE MAKE IT

Fiber laser cutting of sheet, plate, and custom perforation · rolling and forming of tank shells · full-penetration TIG/MIG welding · pickling & passivation · hydro / leak testing of vessels on request.

FAQ

ENVIRONMENTAL — COMMON QUESTIONS

304 or 316L for water treatment?

304 suits general fresh-water service. Use 316L for chlorides, brine, seawater, or chemical dosing — its molybdenum resists pitting and crevice corrosion. We advise per your water chemistry.

Can you pressure or leak test vessels?

Yes — hydrostatic and leak testing on tanks and housings, with test records supplied. Tell us the design pressure and standard you work to.

Do you cut custom screens and perforation?

Yes — bar screens, mesh, and custom perforation patterns cut to your open-area and slot spec directly from a DXF or drawing.

Can you build complete skids?

Yes — pump and dosing skids fabricated as complete units: frame, tank, pipework supports, and mounting, ready for equipment install.
