All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the drawings and specifications you provide. Changes to design, material, quantity, or tolerances after order confirmation may affect pricing and lead time.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit. The remaining 60% balance is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via T/T bank transfer. Other payment methods (L/C, PayPal) may be available on request. Production begins only after deposit clearance.
Standard lead time is 7 days to FOB Tianjin port. Rush orders are subject to capacity and may incur additional charges. Shipping terms: FOB Tianjin. The buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, and import duties unless otherwise agreed. We provide standard export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) at no extra charge.
Standard cutting tolerance is ±0.1mm unless tighter tolerances are specified and agreed upon in the quote. All parts undergo our four-point QC process. Any quality issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or credit defective parts at our discretion.
All drawings, designs, and specifications you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not use, reproduce, or share your designs for any purpose other than manufacturing your order. NDAs are available and encouraged before sharing sensitive designs.
Material certificates are available on request. We verify material grades using direct-reading spectrometry before production. Material substitutions require your prior written approval.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We recommend the buyer inspect all parts upon receipt and before further processing or assembly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, followed by arbitration if necessary.
