OVERVIEW

AUTOMOTIVE METAL FABRICATION

Automotive parts have to repeat. A bracket that fits on the first article but drifts by part 500 fails on the line. We hold ±0.1 mm on laser-cut profiles and use hard tooling and consistent bend sequences so hole patterns and flange angles stay in tolerance across the whole run.

We handle chassis and body brackets, stamped-style heat shields, motor and battery mounting plates, and exhaust hangers — in mild steel, stainless, and aluminium — from a handful of prototypes through to repeat production batches.

MATERIALS

MATERIALS WE USE

Mild steel (Q235/S355) for structural brackets, 304/409 stainless for heat and exhaust parts, 5052/6061 aluminium for lightweight and EV components. 0.5–20 mm typical. See all metals and thicknesses we laser cut.

PROCESS

HOW WE MAKE IT

Fiber laser cutting to ±0.1 mm · CNC press-brake forming with repeatable tooling · MIG/spot welding of sub-assemblies · zinc plating, powder coat, or e-coat for corrosion protection.

FAQ

AUTOMOTIVE — COMMON QUESTIONS

Can you hold automotive tolerances across a production run?

Yes — ±0.1 mm on laser profiles, with hard tooling and fixed bend sequences so part 1 and part 1000 match. First-article inspection reports on request.

Do you support prototype-to-production?

That’s our sweet spot: 1-piece prototypes to validate fit, then repeat batches of hundreds or thousands on the same programs and tooling.

Which coatings do you offer for corrosion?

Zinc plating, powder coating, e-coat, and passivation for stainless. Tell us the salt-spray hours you need and we’ll match the finish.

Can you weld sub-assemblies, not just cut blanks?

Yes — MIG and spot welding of multi-part brackets and mounts, delivered as finished assemblies ready to bolt on.
